SHOP POLICIES

- Cancellations will only be accepted if they are made within 24 hours of placing order.
- However, unfortunately we do NOT accept any cancellations for personalized or custom orders.
- We do NOT accept returns unless an item arrives damaged.
- If an item arrives damaged, please message us ASAP, so we can open a ticket with the carrier service.
- With everything going on beyond our control, we do NOT offer refunds if your item arrives late due to shipping. Let us know if you have a specific date, so we can try our best to accommodate.
-Once your item is accepted by USPS it is entirely out of our hands.
If it is late in transit you will need to go through USPS to resolve the issue.
